A Little Deeper

If you're not bored already, this is sure to put you to sleep ;p Let's see, my name's Erica. I was born in New York City, but for some reason my parents moved out to Wisconsin when I was still a wee little babe [yes, I did just use that phrase]. Although I moan and complain about it [quite] often, I actually enjoy living here. If you don't know me in "real life", you probably wouldn't know that I am an extremely sarcastic person [or maybe you would], and people tell me that I am often border-line mean, although I totally do not intend to be that way. I can also be sugar-sweet ;) I work as a waitress, which is really my dream "high school job". You make so much more money [lol] than at a regular job, and you get to be around people all day :] Let's see...besides working, I also love hanging out with my friends from church and school. I used to spend a lot of time at volleyball practice as well, but I'm done with that now. I love, love, LOVE art in all it's forms, and the more I try different techniques and styles, the more I love it. I am planning on getting a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design when I finally get to college/university, and maybe I'll even double major in Photography [which is one of my one true loves]. I also want to minor in Spanish, because I love being able to speak two languages =] One last thing you should know about me is my absolute obsession with traveling. If I had my way, I would travel the world for the rest of my life and not have a job, or work out of my laptop or something. I got the traveling bug way back when I was young on family trips, but it really got stuck when I went to Poland for a mission's trip in the summer of 2007. Ever since then all I've wanted to do is travel Europe, or anywhere outside the US. I have been back to Europe once since then, in the summer of 08, when I visited Italy [Rome is where my soul lives, I swear], Greece, and Turkey with my family. Hopefully I'll study abroad at least once in college, and don't be surprised if I live in Europe for at least a few years once I'm finished with school ;]
